The teaching and learning process, is more of a cycle. Both roles are extremely important in the preparation of a society. Each teaching and learning has its process.
The teaching process;
- Aims the transmission of knowledge, provides skill and the development of attitudes,values and behavior.
- Setting appropriate learning experiences for students.
- Kinds of interactions that would lead to expected leaning.
The leaning process;
- Represents what the student acquire as habits, skills, knowledge, attitude, values and appreciation.
- Changes in behavioral patterns that are produced through experience.
- Learning is achieved through teaching.
Therefore, Teaching is intended to learning, without learning teaching is incomplete. Learning is something natural we all human being have in common. So, there is a cycle of teaching and learning that involves four stages, and these stages are:
- Build the context, understanding the role of the text and building the understanding of the topic.
- Modeling the text, the structure of the text and the language and shape the meaning.
- Teachers and students jointly constructing a text
- The students independently write his own.
Professional development is available to all teachers, the teachers have the opportunity to learn as they teach, and give the students a new vision of education. Therefore, Education is the most powerful weapon today to change the world, and if you are willing and determined to learn no one can stop you.
