Don't think about teaching without thinking about learning!

We should never stop learning, because life never stops teaching. Education itself is an extreme force in our life that influences every part of us, it could be physical, mental, emotional and even social. It gives us experience, it modifies our behavior and it leads us towards growth and development. We must know that children gets the education from his experience in school.

The teaching and learning process, is more of a cycle. Both roles are extremely important in the preparation of a society. Each teaching and learning has its process.

The teaching process;

• Aims the transmission of knowledge, provides skill and the development of attitudes,values and behavior. 
• Setting appropriate learning experiences for students.
• Kinds of interactions that would lead to expected leaning.

The leaning process;

• Represents what the student acquire as habits, skills, knowledge, attitude, values and appreciation.
• Changes in behavioral patterns that are produced through experience.
•  Learning is achieved through teaching.

Therefore, Teaching is intended to learning, without learning teaching is incomplete. Learning is something natural we all human being have in common. So, there is a cycle of teaching and learning that involves four stages, and these stages are:

1. Build the context, understanding the role of the text and building the understanding of the topic.
2. Modeling the text, the structure of the text and the language and shape the meaning.
3. Teachers and students jointly constructing a text
4. The students independently write his own. 

Professional development is available to all teachers, the teachers have the opportunity to learn as they teach, and give the students a new vision of education. Therefore, Education is the most powerful weapon today to change the world, and if you are willing and determined to learn no one can stop you.

Improvement of Students' Behavior

I created this infograph, to improve the students behavior using a kind of technology called "eduflag" education. This application can enhance the communication between teachers and parents directly, updating the parents about the achievement and behavior of the student at school. This bridge action plan show us how how effective and successful this application will be in the future. This kind of application needs the training from parents and teachers for using this application. And finally, this will lead into and observation about the parents feedback toward the application. 

Becoming a teacher.

We all think that we know what it is like to become a teacher. We were all students at some point, but as students we may not even know what is involved in being a teacher. One example is the students vacation which is not always a full vacation for the teachers. Let's learn more about the career as an educator.

Every teacher has their duties. They have a lot of work to before and every class, so usually teachers spend their time planning lessons, preparing activities, grading papers and exams, preparing for the classroom, attending school meeting, developing their skills, among many other duties they have to do.

The advantages of being a teacher, is that they have a solid paycheck in the job market and economy. Teachers also have benefits life health insurance and retirement accounts. Of course, one of the biggest advantages of being a teacher is their passion to make a difference by acknowledging their students. On the other side, Teachers also have their disadvantages. Mostly seemed like some challenges but the disadvantages include, meeting student needs, difficult parents, conflicting directives or principals, school boards, the homework and the preparation time.

Concluding, teaching is the difference you make in the lives of your students. While there are plenty of challenges, the days where your lesson goes much better than planned, or a student mention you are the best teacher of all time, or when you help out a struggling student after some special demonstration. All this challenges are going to show you that teaching is a rewarding passion.

Your friends also have a life to live to, you should always give them a time for themselves. Interfering in every decision our friend takes can be damaging sometimes, we do not want to make them feel we are trying to control their lives. Always put limits to the life of each other.
